There are several levels of evidence.
We are a platform that reports on infant colic in a scientific way, and as such, everything we advise is based on current available evidence.
We give all our advice, according to the level of evidence they have.
The level of evidence of the published studies, explained very well by a famous researcher, Joanna Briggs:

According to this recognized Institute, scientific studies are divided according to the evidence obtained in 3 grades:
GRADE "A"
Demonstrated effectiveness for its application.
GRADE "B"
Degree of effectiveness established that indicates considering the application of its results.
GRADE "C"
Effectiveness not proven.
