According to the available evidence, the relationship of gastroesophageal reflux and colic of the infant is not clear.
We cannot say that Reflux causes Colic, and vice versa. They are different things.
CAUTION !: The Spanish Medicines Agency (AEMPS) has ordered the withdrawal on October 1, 2019 , as a preventive measure, of the medications containing Ranitidine orally before the detection of nitrosamines.

Gastroesophageal reflux is treated with anti-reflux medications (Ranitidine TM), but the relationship between gastroesophageal reflux and infant colic is not clear.
